Cricket Australia Online Shop
Cricket Australia needed to take control of their e-commerce and looked to Blue Pebble Design to help them achieve a world-class result. The previous application was no longer up to the standards that were required by this giant in world sport and so we set about bringing their shop up to expectations. The shop was rebuilt from the ground up allowing Cricket Australia to make requests of us that would not be possible without using a custom built solution.Using a content management system as the back-end for the shop range allows for complete control of products in the shop. Blue Pebble Design built the system from visual layout all the way through to the payment gateway, ensuring the Cricket Australia only had to deal with one provider for all of their e-commerce needs.
The shop is soon to be updated with an Online Auction system. This will allow Cricket Australia to offer unique memorabilia in a way that will generate high interest and repeat visits as cricket fans try to get hold of must sought after historical items.
